Mint grey airy 1860s ballgown with layers of volants and ruffles in semi-transparent waves. The dress consists of the lightly boned bodice and skirt. The bodice closes on back closure (grommets). The skirt is lined with white cotton and has 7 layers of mint grey synthetic batiste fabric decorated with narrow black velvet stripes. The bodice and skirt are connected by several buttons to prevent separation while rising arms.
The gown is designed to be worn over historical undergarnments: corset, hoopskirt, fluffy petticoat. But it will look good without them as well. Please mind that hoopskirt is not included!
