Refunds and exchanges

The item may be returned or exchanged if fulfilling the following conditions:

• Contact us within 3 days after receiving
• Ship back within 14 days after delivery
• The expenses of shipment to our address in Ukraine is on customer. The instructions and address for sending are to be received while discussing the refund/exchange
• Refund will be issued or exchange sent only after item receivement

Please mind that for issuing refund or exchange, the item should arrive in the same condition it was sent. Torn, snapped items, items with stains, make up and signs of use and cleaning are not to be accepted.

Unfortunately, we don’t have a possibility to refund or exchange the following items:

• Custom size items
• All kinds of corsets and lingerie
• Custom orders of non-shop designs

But please contact us if you find the item to be faulty in any way or if having other issues!
