La Belle Ferroniere dress was designed according to the 1490s fashion. It has corseted bodice with good boning and sturdy cotton interlayers, the skirt is generously cut and has a train. The dress closes on two side lacings, making the size rather adjustable. The sleeves are tied on and are fully detachable. The bodice is decorated with black velvet and golden threads intricate embroidery. Will make a good set with this chemise

Renaissance dress presents Da Vinci’s ‘La belle ferronnière’ – one of the most beautiful Renaissance paintings, most charming and mysterious. One of the first Renaissance beauties’ gown reenactment is at your service for the special event. The dress can be custom tailored for you or made in standard size.

This Renaissance costume was designed according to the 1490s Italian fashion. The bodice has boning and cotton interlayer, which gives corsetted effect. The bodice closes on both sides lacings, so is adjustable for different sizing. Sleeves are laced separately with ties and grommets and eyes, the gown can be worn without them as well. The bodice is bordered with black velvet stripe which has hand embroidered motif – the same as on Da Vinci’s painiting.

The dress makes a good set with this chemise. The one which goes with the dress is to be made of cotton batiste and, if purchased with the dress, is discounted. Please choose the according option.
