Light and airy American Civil War period gown, suitable for hot weather and summer events. The dress consists of two separate items – skirt and bodice, decorated with red woolen pompoms and satin scarf. The gown made of thin muslin – it’s 100% cotton fabric, rather thin. The bodice is also lined with cotton. It closes on metal hooks on front. The white sleeves you see are the part of the bodice (false undersleeves). The skirt is not lined, it closes on girdle with 2 buttons.

The outfit is designed to be worn over proper undergarments – Victorian corset and crinoline with petticoat. You can see the lingerie assortment here.

The dress is made to measure, so it will be custom made after your individual sizing, height and figure type. Fabric change is also possible

PLEASE MIND THAT UNDERGARMENTS ARE NOT INCLUDED, but all these items can be purchased separately.
