17th Century Royal Gown, Baby Blue Luxurious Baroque Dress, 1600s Queen Ballgown

Luxurious pale blue 17th century dress made after French royalty portraits and Vermeer’s portraits of upper class representatives. Designed after silhouette and lines of 1600s French and Dutch fashion. The silhouette has a boat neckline and is slightly off shoulder.

Costume is designed as two separate items: skirt and bodice. Either of them can be worn separately. The bodice works as a corset and has very sturdy boning, which allows to reduce waist and ensure the bust uphold. The bodice is to be worn with richly decorated tipets to be seen. The skirt is full enough to give a nice historical look, but you can add some volume to the hips using the bumroll and additional petticoat (to be purchased separately).

Please, beware that due to off shoulder look and corsetted bodice the movement range may be limited in this dress! This outfit helps to achieve noble behaviour and grace 😉
