Lucrezia Borgia Pink Dress, 1490s Italian Renaissance Rose Gown

Soft pink Lucrezia Borgia dress from the famous 2013 series, tailored with care to details and accordingly to the late 15th century Italian Renaissance fashion. It has high waisted silhouette of 1490s, corsetted bodice and fitted sleeves. Combines several textures and shades of pink.

The dress has well boned bodice, which works like a corset. It closes on lacings on both sides, so is rather adjustable. The sleeves are laced up to the dress, so it can be worn without them as well. The sleeves and bodice are made of velvet and decorated with golden soutache cord, satin applique and a lot of beading. The skirt is made of high quality sturdy satin and decorated with taffeta stripes and milk-white grosgrain ribbon. The bodice and sleeves are lined with 100% cotton, the bodice also have a rough cotton interlayer with 24 bones.
