Ordering
The production time for shop items (both standard and individually tailored) is around 2-3 weeks depending on season business.
Custom orders manufacturing time depends on the item complexity, but is averagely 6-8 weeks.
If you need your order to arrive by a certain date, please, let us know via order comments or Contact Us form. Also, if you’re hesitant about the timing, there are options to speed the process

These are the measurements of your body, not the items. Please, measure in lingerie, keeping the measuring tape not too loose or too tight.

The length of the bodice and skirt is made to fit average height of 5’5’’-5’8’’ (165-172 cm).
If you feel the standard sizing may not fit you well, please, choose “Custom size” option when ordering. You may find the measurements needed for different items on this page or just PM us via Contact Us form mentioning the item you want to order.
All prices are in USD Payment Method:
- PayPal (no sales tax)
- USA and European countries – 10-18 days
- Canada, Australia, New Zealand – 21-35 days
- Japan, South Korea – 14-21 days
- Other countries – 21-42 days
The item may be returned or exchanged if fulfilling the following conditions:
- Contact us within 3 days after receiving
- Ship back within 14 days after delivery
- The expenses of shipment to our address in Ukraine is on customer. The instructions and address for sending are to be received while discussing the refund/exchange
- Refund will be issued or exchange sent only after item receivement
Please mind that for issuing refund or exchange, the item should arrive in the same condition it was sent. Torn, snapped items, items with stains, make up and signs of use and cleaning are not to be accepted.
Unfortunately, we don’t have a possibility to refund or exchange the following items:
- Custom size items
- All kinds of corsets and lingerie
- Custom orders of non-shop designs
